Firefox 3.5.1 is one of the latest browsers available for Mac OSX. Firefox has always been a reliable and stable web browser on the Mac OSX.
The web-surfers perspective
As a web surfer I have noticed that all versions of Safari had problems with certain web-carts. Yet Safari looked and handled better than Firefox. Now Firefox is looking as groovy and functional as Safari 3 use to be.
The IT professional's perspective
The application seams to be quite stable... Less crashes than some versions of Safari. Firefox's 3rd party plugin architecture is where it leaves Safari for dead. Firefox allows you to install plugins from a plugins library direcly from within Firefox. As an Search Engine Optimising Professional I have a few professional Firefox plug-ins for do SEO tasks such as keyword research.
