The aim of global colour correction is to balance the colour of a whole image. This involves setting
the white and black points, which removes most colour casts, then shifting the values of the primary colours so that the elements within the image are at their realistic or idealistic colour value.

- Always watch the colour statistics of the Info Palette
- Set colour-sample-tool (eye-dropper) to 1 x 1, 3 x 3 or 5 x 5 pixel sample.
- Adjust Levels
- Select highlight eye-dropper & set white point B = 96 in the Color Picker.
- Find printable white in image and set white point.
- Select shadow eye-dropper & set black point B=4 in the Color Picker.
- Find printable black in image and set black point.
- Color Balance
- Shift values of primary colours in high, mid and low keyed areas to balance image colour.
- Curves
- Adjust primary colours by curve.
- Hue/Saturation
- Adjust hue, saturation and brightness.
